Shipping Policy

At FASCHINO, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Free for all orders. Estimated delivery time is 5-9 business days from the date of order processing for the contiguous United States.
    For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and Guam, estimated delivery time is 10-14 business days.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed by 12 PM EST will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Please note that orders may take up to 48 hours to process during peak periods.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the link provided in the email.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address to ensure successful delivery.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately at Our Email. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been processed, we may be unable to make changes or cancellations.
